The story
01 — The room

You get one meeting.

Twenty minutes. Someone who has read four hundred decks this quarter, looking for the one reason to pass. They will find it in the first ninety seconds, and they will not tell you what it was.

Konkreci finds it first.

02 — What they check

Ten things. Always the same ten.

Not a vibe. Not a template score. The same ten dimensions every serious room walks through, whether they say so out loud or not.

01Problem & Market
02Solution
03Business Model
04Traction
05Financials

10Red Flags
03 — Who's judging

Seven rooms. Pick yours.

The same deck lands differently depending on who is across the table. Rehearse the room you are actually walking into.

VCHunting for the one deck that returns the fund. Everything else is a polite no.
AngelWriting their own cheque. Wants to believe you, and needs a reason to.
InvestorInstitutional. Reads it as a memo. Feels nothing. Asks about the downside first.
AcceleratorBacks the founders before the numbers. Wants proof you ship, and users who care.
Grant evaluatorScores you against public criteria. Asks why this needs public money at all.
CrowdfundingStrangers with small cheques. Decide in minutes whether to trust you.
CoachOn your side. Still tells you the thing you did not want to hear.
04 — What comes back

A verdict you can act on.

A scoreOne number, benchmarked against your industry — not startups in general.
Slide by slideEvery slide marked good, weak, or critical, with the reason.
Five fixesRanked by impact. The first one is the one that matters.
The verdictSeventy words in your judge's voice. The part you forward to your co-founder.
05 — The part nobody else does

Then argue with it.

Think a score is wrong? Make your case. If your argument holds against what is actually on the slide, the score moves and you get told why. If it does not, it holds — and you get told why.

You cannot bully it into a better grade. That is the whole point.

06 — Whose side we are on

Nobody pays us to like your deck.

No investor matching. No deck templates for sale. No introductions we quietly get paid for. The only thing we sell is the honest read — which means we have no reason to soften it.

Principle

Evidence, not opinions.

Every score points at something on your slides — a number, a claim, a line you wrote. Nothing generic, nothing you could have guessed.

Pick who is judging. The verdict is written in their voice. The evidence underneath does not move.

What "points at something" means
12Traction
slide 07“22% MoM growth”
Which of those twelve customers would you lose first, and why? A growth rate on twelve logos is a story about the twelve.
8Business model
slide 09“we will figure out pricing post-launch”
If you doubled the price tomorrow, who would stay?
93Problem & market
slide 02“every finance team we spoke to closes the books three days late”
A problem stated from the customer's side, with a number a partner can check. This is what a high score is attached to.

Three lines from one deck, and the scores they produced. No score exists without a line like this under it.

No investor matching. No deck templates for sale. No conflict of interest.

How it works

Scoring

Ten dimensions. Every deck.

The same ten, every time, whoever is judging.

Whose problem, how big, and how do you know.

What you built, and why this shape and not another.

How money reaches you, and what it costs to get it.

What has already happened that was not paid for.

The numbers behind the numbers on your chart.

Why this group of people, for this specific problem.

Whether the deck holds together as an argument.

How much work it takes to understand a slide.

Whether your market maths survives being checked.

The things a partner will raise before you finish.

Weak framing reads as a solution looking for a market.58/100

What counts most, and for whom

The ten never change. How much each one counts does: it depends on who is judging, what you build and how far along you are. Pick yours.

Who is judging
What the grading is built on
Peer-reviewed research on how each judge decides.More than 30 studies published since 2020 in leading finance and management journals.
Your demographics never count.Gender, age, ethnicity, appearance and nationality are never scored. Only what the deck shows.
Published market data on each round. Each round is judged against published industry data, never invented figures.
Each judge reads by its own published rules.Grant, accelerator and crowdfunding judges follow the criteria those funders publish.
Investors in their own words.Red flags named by working angels and VCs in recorded interviews.

Every source is one we actually use to score a deck. None is here for decoration. The Weak, Needs work and Strong bands are not yet checked against which decks went on to raise. That work is under way. Benchmarked against your industry, not startups in general. 24 industries supported.

Sample report

One deck. Seven judges. Seven verdicts.

The same ten scores, the same evidence — reweighted for who is reading. This is the whole product in one screen.

A line from the deck, and what it invites
slide 07 · “22% MoM growth”
Which of those customers would you lose first, and why?
slide 09 · “we will figure out pricing post-launch”
If you doubled the price tomorrow, who would stay?
What the deck says against itself
slide 05 “$2.4B serviceable market”slide 11 “$40M revenue in year 3”
That is 1.7% penetration in 36 months, with no go-to-market stated anywhere in the deck to support it.
slide 06 “12 paying customers”slide 07 “22% MoM growth”
At 12 customers, a 22% month is two or three logos. The percentage flatters a number small enough to state plainly.

Pricing

Grade every revision. Cancel any time.

A deck changes every week of a raise. So grading is one flat monthly price: 40 grades a month, up to 10 a day, and you stop paying the month you stop revising.

Monthly plan
€20 / month
  • 40 grades a month, up to 10 a day. Enough to grade every revision of a raise.
  • Contradiction detection. Named conflicts with both slide numbers — not a coherence score.
  • The questions your own words invite. Your line quoted back, then what a partner asks next.
  • Per-dimension confidence. Where your deck is too thin to judge, it says so instead of inventing a number.
  • Version history & trajectory. Every revision charted, so you can prove the deck is improving.
  • All 7 judges, every time. Re-frame the same evidence for any room.
  • Cancel any time. No contract, no annual lock-in.

The Gauntlet

The reason they would pass. Said to your face.

A real investor or coach, chosen by you, reads your deck and tells you what they would never say in the meeting. Paid for their time. Never for an introduction.

Every founder leaves the room with "we'll be in touch." Nobody leaves with the sentence that actually decided it.

How a session works
You pick who.Read each profile and choose. Nobody is recommended for money.
They arrive prepared.Attach your Konkreci brief and they read it before you meet.
You leave with it written down. The reason they would pass, in writing, after the session.
Pricing

Each reviewer sets their own price for 30 or 60 minutes. You pay per session, nothing else.

What we will not do
The grade is never for sale.Your score is the same whether you book a session or never do. No investor on this platform can see it before you share it, change it, or is told who you are.
Nobody is recommended for money. We take no success fee, no placement fee, no carry. If an investor you meet here wants to invest, that is between you and them.
A low score never points at the checkout.A 34 and a 91 see this page in the same place, with the same offer. If you ever see "book a session to fix this," we have broken our own rule.

Nobody pays us to like your deck. Nobody pays us to dislike it either.

Book

The bench is being built one reviewer at a time, and every one is checked before founders can see them.
